How to Track Order Status
There are three order status: Pending, Processing, Completed
After you made the order, the order will be in Pending status.
After we authorized your payment, the order will be in Processing status.
After we shipped the order, the order will be in Completed status.
There are two methods to track the order status:
1) You can check your Registered email box.
We will send all order status update to your registered email box.
Sometimes it will appear in your trash email box.
If you did not find it, please go to step2.
2) You also can check your order status after login Tabletpcphones.com account.
Please follow below menu navigations to check order status:
Account logged in--> My orders --> View order
At the button of order view page, you will see order information in details status.
